Jeffery Hazell ’83
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the University of New Haven. I learned firsthand about the importance of hands-on learning when as an undergraduate I participated in a Disney World restaurant internship. The experiences I had as a student and the Disney internship set everything in place for me. Soon after graduating, I opened a business in Orlando with a modest lobster tank in my garage that has grown into Bar Harbor Lobster Company, Florida’s largest distributor of New England seafood.
